Audit Report
An audit report is conducted by our professional staff when the equipment reaches our warehouse for IT Asset Management. This detailed audit report is presented to our customers which includes key information about the assets. These are:
- Type of item.
- Details of asset tag.
- Model number.
- Serial number.
- Details of the manufacturer.
- Barcode number.
- Status of what happened to the item.
Summary Report
A summary report is a detailed asset and testing report. It is completed when your IT equipment is through all the processes. It contains information such as:
- Condition of the equipment.
- Comments by the Test Engineer.
- All information regarding the erasure of data including the Data Destruction Certificate.
- Details of whether the equipment is recycled, refurbished or disposed of.
- Details of all restrictions and procedures followed during the computer recycling process.
