Seven Steps. One Fully Certified Journey.
Step 1 · Our Process
Book a Collection, We Come to You
Once you book a collection, one of our BS-7858 security vetted engineers visits your site anywhere in the UK. Whether it's a single laptop or a full office IT equipment disposal project, our team carries out a free, no-obligation on-site assessment, the first step in our fully certified, WEEE-compliant IT asset disposal (ITAD) and computer recycling process.

Step 2 · Our Process
Full Equipment Audit & Asset Assessment
Every item is individually inspected, asset-tagged and logged by our certified engineers. From laptops and servers to data centre hardware, each data-bearing device is assessed for security, condition and re-use potential, providing a complete audit trail through our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accredited ITAD process.

Every data-bearing device we handle is destroyed beyond recovery — to NIST 800-88 Clear or Purge level, applied to your specific policy. We use Blancco, the industry’s leading ADISA-certified data erasure software, and carry out all work in compliance with HMG Infosec Standard and BS EN 15713, the authoritative UK and European standards for secure destruction of confidential material.
Where software erasure isn’t sufficient — or where your policy requires physical destruction — we shred devices on-site at your premises or at our secure facility.
You receive a data destruction certificate — per device or consolidated, your choice — within five working days, alongside your WEEE disposal certificate. Your certificates provide the documented audit trail that UK GDPR accountability requires when disposing of data-bearing equipment. All destruction is carried out by BS 7858 security-vetted staff.

Chain of Custody You Can Verify
Every asset we collect is tracked, logged and secured at every stage of its journey. There are no couriers, no subcontractors and no gaps in the custody record.
- GPS-tracked vehicles, every collection — equipment travels in locked cages and secure containers, with live location monitoring from your site to our facility
- BS 7858 security-vetted drivers and staff — all collections are carried out by our own directly employed team, never third-party couriers or outsourced handlers
- Alarmed, access-controlled processing facility — CCTV-monitored around the clock by an external security company, with restricted access throughout
- ITAD asset portal — full visibility for your team — every device logged by make, model, serial number, asset tag, hard drive serial and grading status, accessible to you at any point in the process

Paperwork You’ll Receive
Duty Of Care
Your Waste. Our Responsibility. Fully Documented.
Legally required under UK waste regulations, this signed document records the safe transfer of your IT equipment from your premises to a licensed waste carrier, ensuring your business meets its full environmental and regulatory obligations. Without it, your organisation remains legally liable for how that waste is handled, making it an essential document every business must have on file.
Hazardous Waste Consignment
Handled Right. Documented Tight. Zero Compromise.
Legally required by the Environment Agency for any collection involving hazardous materials such as CRT monitors, CCFL laptops, and lead-acid batteries, this signed document tracks hazardous e-waste from your site to a licensed facility, protecting your business from serious regulatory penalties. Disposing of hazardous IT equipment without one isn't just risky, it's illegal.
Asset Audit Report
Every Asset Tracked. Every Data Point Accounted For.
This certified report provides a full, traceable record of every IT asset collected, destroyed, or recycled on your behalf, keeping your business fully compliant with UK GDPR, WEEE regulations, and ISO standards. It's your ultimate peace of mind that sensitive business data has been handled responsibly and securely, with zero risk of it falling into the wrong hands.
Data Destruction Certificate
Gone for Good. Certified to Prove It.
This certificate provides verified, auditable confirmation that all data-bearing media, including hard drives, SSDs, and mobile devices, have been permanently destroyed or wiped to government-approved standards, fully supporting your UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 compliance obligations. It's the document your business needs to prove, beyond any doubt, that sensitive data is gone for good.
WEEE Certificate
Recycled Right. Certified to Show It.
This certificate confirms that all your waste electrical and electronic equipment was collected, transported, and processed in full compliance with the WEEE Regulations 2013 and the Environmental Protection Act 1990, with 100% diverted from landfill. It's the compliance document that demonstrates your organisation is meeting its legal environmental responsibilities and disposing of e-waste the right way.
ESG Certificate
CO₂ savings & landfill diversion metrics.
This certificate quantifies the real environmental benefit of your IT disposal, showing exactly how much e-waste was diverted from landfill, reused, or recycled, giving your business tangible, reportable data to support your ESG goals and sustainability commitments. It's the document that turns responsible IT disposal into a measurable, boardroom-ready environmental win.
