Collection is free for 20 or more qualifying items in England, Scotland and Wales — standard collections within a week, with same-day, out-of-hours and weekend collections available where downtime matters. Don’t have 20 items? No problem — email us your equipment list and we may still be able to offer free collection and data destruction. Either way, you’ll have a clear answer before you book.

All data destruction is carried out in accordance with UK and international standards — including HMG Infosec Standard, BS EN 15713 Security standards and NIST 800-88 — ensuring secure, GDPR-compliant IT asset disposal at every stage. Every data-bearing device is processed to NIST 800-88 — Clear or Purge, to your policy — using Blancco, ADISA-certified data erasure software, or physically shredded where destruction is required. Shredding is available at your premises or at our facility:
We also provide confidential waste shredding for documents and paper records. You receive a data destruction certificate — per device or consolidated, your choice — within five working days, alongside your WEEE disposal certificate. Your certificates provide the documented audit trail that UK GDPR accountability requires when disposing of data-bearing equipment. All destruction is carried out by BS 7858 security-vetted staff.
