Rack servers, storage, switches, firewalls and UPS units — decommissioned, removed and certified. We handle the physical logistics (lifts, loading bays, out-of-hours windows), the data-bearing media is destroyed or erased to your policy with per-device certification, and the whole estate leaves on one set of paperwork. For live-environment work inside data centres, our teams are inducted to major facilities’ security and safety procedures — ask when you book.

Every data-bearing device is processed to HMG Infosec Standard No. 5 — the UK Government data erasure standard — or NIST 800-88, Clear or Purge, matched to your data destruction policy. Where destruction is required, media is physically shredded in accordance with BS EN 15713 — at our facility, or witnessed on site at your Reading premises where your policy demands it (charges may apply, always agreed and approved by you before anything is booked). Data-bearing devices are serialised, certified and documented in your compliance pack.
