Collected equipment travels directly to our Environment Agency licensed facility in Nottingham, which is alarmed, access-controlled and CCTV-monitored around the clock by an external security company. Every item is checked against your collection record and logged in our ITAD asset portal, where your team can follow it.

Data-bearing devices are erased or destroyed to the agreed standard first. Equipment with resale value is assessed for a rebate, and everything else is separated into material streams and recycled. Nothing from an Oxford computer disposal goes to landfill.

IT equipment is electrical waste, so it must be recycled under the WEEE Regulations and handed only to a licensed carrier with a Waste Transfer Note under your Duty of Care. If devices hold personal data, UK GDPR applies too: your organisation stays responsible for that data until it is destroyed, and you need evidence that it was.
