COLLECTION

We offer a nationwide collection service for old and redundant IT equipment to our customers. You just need to tell us the time and place of collection and we will be at your doorstep as we offer our services in a vast range of locations. Our vehicles are equipped with IT equipment cages and packaging, ensuring safe transportation of all your equipment.

AUDITING

CITD’s auditing system is based on a bespoke software platform which enables us to provide our customers with a complete audit trail. Once your equipment reaches our warehouse, key information is presented to our customers such as:

Item type.
Asset tag details.
Model and serial number.
Barcode number and manufacturer’s detail.
Status of what happened to your item.

DATA DESTRUCTION & SHREDDING

Our data destruction process is certified and secure. We offer onsite data destruction and shredding services as well. CITD has a portable shredding machine enabling us to securely destroy your data-bearing devices with ease. You can also bring your hard disk drives or any other data storing device to our facility and we will shred the drives in front of you, ensuring complete satisfaction.

We offer shredding services for the following devices:

Hard disk drives.
Back up tapes.
USBs.
SD cards, micro drives and digital camera memory etc.

REPORTING

Once the whole process of recycling is complete, our customers are provided with complete details of their equipment.
They are presented with:

Proper audit reports.
Certificate of Destruction for all the data destroyed from their devices.
Details and status of all recycled IT equipment.
